Job summary

Riviera Fresh in Lindenow, Victoria is looking for a qualified Cold Storage Manager to join our expanding team. You will oversee picking/packing, direct staff, and coordinate storage and inventory to ensure quality and timely supply for wholesale and retail customers.

Qualified candidates will have an AQF Diploma or equivalent, or 3 years of recent relevant experience. This is a permanent full-time position with a supportive, safety‑conscious work environment.

Qualifications

• AQF Diploma or equivalent in a relevant field, or 3 years of recent and relevant experience as a Cold Storage Manager.

Responsibilities

• Picking and packing fresh fruit and vegetables for wholesale and retail purposes.
• Directing staff activities and monitoring performance to ensure efficiency and maintain quality.
• Liaison between cold storage and other departments as required.
• Product storage and retrieval.
• Maintain required stock levels. Monitor storage and inventory systems to meet supply demand.
• Recording and reporting as required.
