Job summary

Cold Display Solutions Pty Ltd is a national leader in commercial refrigeration hire and sales, with warehouses across QLD, VIC and NSW. We seek a hands-on Warehouse Operations Manager to run our Queensland facility, manage stock, and coordinate deliveries in a fast-paced environment.

You will lead day-to-day operations, maintain stock integrity, and support events and large supermarket projects. A forklift license and strong problem-solving abilities are essential.

Qualifications

• Experienced equipment warehouse manager.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Experience in warehouse inventory control or logistics management.
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate drivers and deliveries.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Sharp computer skills which we can train and nurture.
• Must have loading and unloading experience and fork license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations in Queensland and maintain an organized facility.
• Monitor stock levels and manage incoming and outgoing deliveries.
• Coordinate refrigeration units for delivery and schedule drivers.
• Check, repair, tidy stock; unload from pallets and palletise as needed.
• Use CRM, spreadsheets and office tools to log stock and communicate with interstate staff.
• Organise drivers and assist with deliveries.
• Support large events, tradeshows, and supermarket jobs onsite.
• Book service calls and liaise with clients.
