Job summary

Mygration Pty Ltd is recruiting a Cold Storage Manager to lead our client’s chiller and freezer operations on the Mornington Peninsula. You will direct a hands-on team, optimise storage, picking, packing and dispatch of high-value fresh products while maintaining strict temperature control and traceability.

Key priorities include workforce rostering, safety, GMP compliance, and continuous improvement of cold chain processes in a fast-paced FMCG environment from farm to fork.

Qualifications

• AQF Diploma or equivalent in supply chain/logistics essentials.
• Proven supervisory or management experience in a fast-paced FMCG cold storage environment.
• Hands-on experience with repetitive manual handling and working in cold room environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team in the cold storage facility, overseeing picking, packing and stacking of fresh products in chillers and freezers.
• Direct end-to-end order fulfilment with strict traceability and quality control for dispatch.
• Roster staff, manage workflow priorities, and ensure on-time production and dispatch schedules.
