Victoria Cold Storage is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Cold Storage Labourer to join our team at our Campbellfield facility. This is a full-time position based on-site in Campbellfield, VIC 3061. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our warehousing and distribution operations, ensuring that products are stored, handled, and processed efficiently within our temperature-controlled environment. Your contributions will directly impact our ability to maintain product quality and meet our customers' delivery commitlines.

What you'll be doing

• Loading and unloading refrigerated trucks and containers, ensuring careful handling of products to prevent damage
• Receiving and processing incoming goods, including inspecting items for quality and condition
• Organising and storing products within the cold storage facility, following proper placement and inventory procedures
• Picking and packing orders for dispatch to customers, maintaining accuracy and efficiency
• Cleaning and maintaining storage areas and equipment to ensure health, safety and hygiene standards are met
• Adhering to all health and safety protocols, particularly those specific to working in cold environments

What we're looking for

• Previous experience working in a warehouse, logistics or storage environment is highly desirable
• Physical fitness and the ability to perform manual labour
