Job summary

Wettenhalls in Colac VIC is seeking a Transport Operations Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day transport activities for the Colac team. You will manage drivers on shift, coordinate with maintenance, and ensure NHVR regulations and company safety standards are met.

Qualifications

• Experience in a supervisory role within transport.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with drivers.
• Ability to work autonomously.
• Sound knowledge of COR, NHVAS, transport legislation and regulations.
• Experience with Transport Management systems (F2020, MT Data, MS Office).

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day transport operations for Colac team.
• Manage drivers on shift and ensure NHVR compliance.
• Coordinate with maintenance and operations; ensure vehicles are inspected and allocated.
• Identify and resolve operational challenges and communicate with customers.
