Job summary

Murdoch Children’s Research Institute is seeking a detail-oriented Project Assistant to support LifeCourse Cohort Explorer. You will work with cohort teams to collate, standardise and document information about studies, assist with stakeholder queries, and maintain high-quality records.

The role contributes to making existing data more accessible for health research, with a 12-month full-time contract and a salary of AUD 73,866–78,391 plus super.

Qualifications

• Qualification in Public Health or Psychology.
• Detail-oriented with ability to handle complex information.
• Experience following processes and interpreting guidelines.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Support cohort teams with resources, orientation sessions and queries.
• Ensure cohort information is accurately represented in LifeCourse Cohort Explorer.
• Accurately describe cohort measurement tools using manuals and publications.
• Collaborate with cohort teams and respond to feedback.
• Maintain accurate records of cohort engagement and stakeholder interactions.
