Job summary

Code Black Coffee is seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead our production and warehouse team at the Brunswick roastery. You will manage all warehouse operations from receiving to dispatch, ensuring quality and safety while driving continuous improvement.

The role requires hands-on leadership, excellent organisational and communication skills, and a proactive approach to maintaining high workplace safety standards. Working hours are 7:00am–3:30pm, Monday to Friday, in Melbourne.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in a coffee roasting warehouse or similar role.
• Strong understanding of inventory management principles and practices.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills for efficient operations.
• Proven leadership and team management ability with emphasis on teamwork and professionalism.
• Clear, respectful communication and commitment to health and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and pack coffee products for shipment.
• Organise and stack stock and deliveries.
• Ensure all orders are packed and fulfilled as per invoice.
• Maintain high quality control by identifying and correcting damaged or incorrect items.
• Assist in production of cold coffee bottles (cold brew/iced coffee) and manage inventory.
• Lead and develop warehouse staff to improve efficiency and accuracy.
