Vittoria Food and Beverage is seeking skilled Technicians to join our team in Silverwater NSW. You will diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair coffee equipment in-house, refurbish returned items, manage spare parts, and install and test equipment to meet manufacturer specs.

Qualifications

• Background in electrical, mechanical, or engineering fields.
• Test and tag qualification.
• Experience in technical servicing or maintenance, ideally in coffee equipment or similar food service machinery.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair coffee equipment in-house.
• Receive and refurbish returned equipment to operational standards.
• Manage spare parts inventory and replenishment.
• Install, configure, and test equipment per manufacturer specifications.
• Provide technical guidance to team members when required.
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation of repairs and parts usage.
• Stay updated on industry trends and new technologies.
