Job summary

The Lodge Little Collins is seeking a Cocktail Bartender with energy and a passion for cocktails to join our bar team in Melbourne. You will support delivering exceptional guest experiences learning from our experienced team to develop your skills and build your career path in hospitality.

A minimum of 2 years in a cocktail bar, strong knowledge of cocktail technique, and spirits knowledge, with a warm, personable character and weekend availability (Tue–Sat lunch & dinner) are essential.

Cocktail Bartender | The Lodge Little Collins

We are looking for energetic bar professionals with a passion for cocktails and spirits to strengthen our bar team in our Little Collins flagship. You will support the delivery of exceptional guest experiences within the The Lodge Dining Room & Bar, learning from our experienced team to develop your skills and continue to build your own career pathway in hospitality.

The most important thing we look for is an excitement to be part of the action, to be ready to learn, and always wanting to make our guest's feel special!

To be successful in this role you will need:

a minimum of 2 year experience in a cocktail bar environment

a good understanding of cocktail technique, recipes, and knowledge of spirits, amari, and digestifs

a warm and personable character, with a genuine passion for hospitality and service

weekend availability; our restaurants are open lunch & dinner Tuesday through to Saturday
