Funlab's Holey Moley Golf Club Melbourne CBD is hiring Bartenders and Front of House team members to deliver high-energy experiences. Join a fast-paced venue that blends cocktails, games, and live energy for guests in a central Melbourne location.

We're seeking quick, confident, and charismatic hospitality professionals who thrive under pressure, love engaging guests, and can bring the vibe to every shift. RSA and WWCC are required, with opportunities for growth across our brands.

Qualifications

• Hospitality role experience with customers and bar service.

• Availability for weekends and nights is essential.

Responsibilities

• Create and deliver memorable guest experiences with energetic service.
• Drive sales through upselling and guest engagement.
• Craft cocktails and pour drinks to high standards.
• Work quickly in a fast-paced bar while maintaining guest focus.
• Keep the venue stocked, organized and presentable.
• Maintain bar cleanliness and safety compliance on shift.
• Be versatile across front-of-house and bar duties.
• Follow responsible service of alcohol guidelines.
• Anticipate guest needs and go above and beyond.

What you'll do

• Create and deliver unforgettable guest experiences with your energy and top-tier service mindset
• Drive sales on every shift, smashing targets through upselling, product knowledge and proactive guest engagement
• Craft delicious cocktails, pour quality drinks, and maintain exceptional product standards every time
• Thrive in a fast-paced bar environment, delivering quick, efficient service without compromising on guest experience
• Understand daily goals and challenges, working with your team to succeedTake pride in your venue, making sure it's well-stocked, organised and ready to impress at all times
• Keep the bar looking sharp, maintaining cleanliness, presentation and compliance standards throughout every shift
• Own your space! Be trained in all areas and whether you're behind the bar, at reception, or running a function, you bring your A game!
• Follow all safety and compliance procedures, including responsible service of alcohol, to keep guests and teammates safe
• Take every opportunity to go above and beyond and anticipate our guests' needs

What you've got

• Uniqueness and a passion for fun
• Energy, enthusiasm, positivity - and bucketloads of it!
• Customer service, hospitality and specifically bar experience PLUS a love for building customer rapport
• A love of interacting with a diverse range of guests
• Great availability, must be available on weekends and nights
• A valid RSA and WWCC or keenness to get them!
