Job summary

The Lodge Little Collins is seeking a Cocktail Bartender with energy and a passion for cocktails to join our bar team in Melbourne. You will support delivering exceptional guest experiences learning from our experienced team to develop your skills and build your career path in hospitality.

A minimum of 2 years in a cocktail bar, strong knowledge of cocktail technique, and spirits knowledge, with a warm, personable character and weekend availability (Tue–Sat lunch & dinner) are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in a cocktail bar
• Strong understanding of cocktail technique and spirits, amari and digestifs
• Warm, personable hospitality focus
• Weekend availability required (Tue–Sat lunch & dinner)
