Bankstown Sports Group operates Lady Banks Rooftop, Sydney's iconic rooftop venue, seeking casual cocktail bartenders to craft exceptional cocktails and deliver premium service.

Join a high-energy bar team, working with premium spirits and signature recipes on Thursday to Sunday shifts. Availability for evenings, weekends, and public holidays is preferred; RSA and RCG certification is required or obtainable.

• Previous experience in a cocktail-focused, premium or high-volume venue.

About Us

Perched atop Bankstown Sports Club, Lady Banks Rooftop is Sydney's largest & most iconic rooftop destinations, known for stunning views, exceptional cocktails, premium dining and a vibrant atmosphere.

We're looking for multiple Casual Cocktail Bartenders to join the team. If you're passionate about mixology, premium spirits and creating memorable guest experiences, this is an opportunity to showcase your skills in a fast-paced, premium venue.

Shifts are primarily available Thursday to Sunday, including evenings and weekends, with opportunities to pick up additional hours across other Bankstown Sports venues.

About the Role

You'll join a high-performing bar team, crafting exceptional cocktails and delivering premium service in a vibrant rooftop environment.

Working with premium spirits, fresh ingredients and signature recipes, you'll bring energy, skill and attention to detail to every shift while maintaining consistently high standards.

About You

• Previous experience in a cocktail-focused, premium or high-volume venue
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits and current beverage trends
• Confidence across a range of cocktail-making techniques
• Genuine passion for mixology and hospitality
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment
• Availability across evenings, weekends and public holidays
• Current RSA and RCG, or willingness to obtain
• Positive, reliable and team-focused attitude
