Job summary

Paradise Bar Echuca is seeking an experienced Cocktail Bartender to join our small, high-performing team.

Deliver consistently high-quality cocktails, provide excellent customer service, and maintain strong bar standards in a tropical, high-end venue.

Relocation assistance may be available for the right candidate, with flexible shifts including days, evenings and weekends in Echuca.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a high-end cocktail bar.
• Strong knowledge of classic cocktails and cocktail techniques.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• High level of English language proficiency.
• Sound understanding of bar operations, stock control, and food safety.
• Ability to work evenings and late nights.
• Unrestricted Australian driver’s licence and reliable transport.
• Valid work visa required for employment in Australia.
• Flexibility to work mixed shift patterns including days, evenings, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve classic and contemporary cocktails to a high standard.
• Develop new cocktails in line with current trends and our tropical venue style.
• Complete cocktail costings (COGs) for all new menu items.
• Maintain accurate stocktakes and assist with stock ordering.
• Work collaboratively with our restaurant and cafe teams to coordinate stock ordering and transfers.
• Ensure food safety, hygiene, cleaning schedules, and temperature checks are maintained.
• Deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Work independently when required and as part of a small team.

About the Role
