Job summary

Clough, as part of a JV with Saipem, is delivering the CERES urea plant in Western Australia. We are seeking a Coating & Insulation Supervisor to join the site-based team on the Perdaman project in Karratha, WA.

Reporting to the Construction Manager, you will oversee coating & insulation activities, ensure safety and quality, and lead a team to deliver on schedule. You will work with project managers, engineers and labour teams to meet project requirements and timelines, contributing to a

• Over 10 years experience in a supervisory role.
• Proven experience supervising coating & insulation projects.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• In-depth knowledge of SMP systems and safety protocols.
• Able to solve problems quickly under pressure and manage schedules within budget.

Deliver a sustainable future with WA’s landmark urea project!

This role is on a 19:9 OR 2:1 rotation to our Perdaman project in Karratha, WA.

Clough, as part of a Joint Venture with Saipem, is delivering the Project ‘CERES’ urea plant, a landmark project for Western Australia. The plant will be the largest in Australia and one of the largest in the world, installing the most sustainable production processes. The project is expected to generate 2,000 jobs during the construction phase, whilst delivering sustained benefits to the local community through career, training and business opportunities.

We are currently searching for Coating & Insulation Supervisor to join our site-based team on Project Ceres. Reporting to the Construction Manager, the candidate will be responsible for overseeing activities on site, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently and to the required standards. You will work closely with project managers, engineers and labour teams to ensure compliance with project requirements and timeline.

Key Requirements

• Ability to work on a 19:9 rotation to site (Karratha).
• Proven experience in supervising Coating & Insulation projects.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• In-depth knowledge of SMP systems, safety protocols, and industry standards.
• Ability to solve problems quickly and effectively under pressure.\
• A proactive attitude with excellent organizational skills.10+ years’ experience in a Supervisory role.
