Job summary

Clough is seeking a Coating & Insulation Supervisor for our WA Perdaman project in Karratha. You will report to the Construction Manager, oversee coating & insulation activities, and ensure safety, quality and timely delivery on a major industrial site.

The role requires leading technicians, coordinating with PMs and engineers, and maintaining compliance with project requirements and schedules on a 19:9 rotation. Join a team delivering one of Australia’s landmark projects.

Qualifications

• Oversee coating & insulation projects on site.
• Proven experience supervising coating & insulation works.
• Lead and manage technicians and ensure teamwork.
• Strong safety, quality and regulatory compliance understanding.
• Ability to troubleshoot quickly and stay on schedule.
• 10+ years in a supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, execution and supervision of coating & insulation activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards and procedures.
• Lead and manage a team of technicians for high performance.
• Monitor progress and resolve issues to keep project on time and budget.
• Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to maintain standards.
• Collaborate with departments to achieve project outcomes.
