Job summary

Greencross Vets Noarlunga is seeking an experienced Practice Manager to lead a friendly team within a busy Noarlunga clinic. The role offers flexible part-time or full-time options, with a strong focus on culture, operations, and exceptional patient care.

You will work closely with the Vet Director and nursing staff to ensure efficient clinic operations, staff development, and high-quality client service, all while maintaining Greencross standards and community relationships.

Qualifications

• Has previous Practice Management, Head Nurse, or veterinary leadership experience.
• Has experience leading and developing teams.
• Possesses strong organisational and communication skills.
• Is confident managing competing priorities in a busy environment.
• Has strong business and operational skills.

Responsibilities

• Leading and supporting the nursing and reception teams.
• Creating and maintaining a positive, engaged workplace culture.
• Managing rostering, workflow, and team coordination.
• Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and team development.
• Monitoring clinic performance and key business metrics.
• Supporting client service excellence and patient care standards.
• Managing stock control and inventory processes.
• Ensuring clinic compliance and operational standards are maintained.
• Working closely with Vet Director and regional leadership team.
• Driving team engagement, retention, and professional development.
