Greencross North Lakes is seeking an experienced Practice Manager to lead the clinic, shape the team, and drive operational excellence. You will work with the Veterinary Director and nursing staff to create a high-performing culture and exceptional client service.

The role focuses on rostering, recruitment, training, performance metrics, and a positive workplace atmosphere that supports staff and patients alike.

Qualifications

• Requires leadership experience as Practice Manager, Head Nurse, or veterinary leader.
• Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing or equivalent is highly regarded.
• Strong people leadership and coaching skills are essential.
• Excellent organisational and time-management abilities are expected.

Responsibilities

• Lead nursing and reception teams and foster a positive workplace culture.
• Manage rostering, workflow, and team coordination.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and team development.
• Monitor clinic performance and business metrics.
