Job summary

Greencross Vets Noarlunga is seeking an experienced Practice Manager to lead a friendly team within a busy Noarlunga clinic. The role offers flexible part-time or full-time options, with a strong focus on culture, operations, and exceptional patient care.

You will work closely with the Vet Director and nursing staff to ensure efficient clinic operations, staff development, and high-quality client service, all while maintaining Greencross standards and community relationships.

• Has previous Practice Management, Head Nurse, or veterinary leadership experience.

Greencross Vets Noarlunga is looking for an experienced and people-focused Practice Manager to join our team.

We're open to both part-time and full-time applicants, with a minimum commitment of 30 hours per week. For the right candidate, a full-time role can be tailored to include a combination of practice management responsibilities alongside nursing and/or reception shifts, providing valuable hands-on support to the team while staying connected to the day-to-day operation of the clinic.

About the Role

As Practice Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting the team while ensuring the smooth day‑to‑day operation of the clinic.

This position can be structured as either:

• Part-time Practice Management (minimum 30 hours per week), or
• Full-time Practice Management, incorporating management responsibilities alongside nursing and/or reception shifts to support the wider team.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading and supporting the nursing and reception teams
• Creating and maintaining a positive, engaged workplace culture
• Managing rostering, workflow, and team coordination
• Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and team development
• Monitoring clinic performance and key business metrics
• Supporting client service excellence and patient care standards

Veterinary industry experience is highly desirable and will be highly regarded.
