Job summary

NRMA Parks & Resorts is seeking a dynamic Park Manager for Victor Harbor Holiday Park. You will lead daily operations, ensuring guest satisfaction and a well-presented park while guiding a high-performing team across front office, housekeeping, grounds and maintenance.

You will drive commercial performance through budgeting, forecasting and revenue management, while upholding safety, compliance and quality standards to deliver memorable holiday experiences.

Qualifications

• Proven success in park/hospitality leadership roles.
• Strong commercial acumen with budgeting and forecasting experience.
• Ability to lead, develop and motivate large teams.
• Comfort with health, safety and compliance expectations.
• Proactive mindset and stakeholder relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of Victor Harbor Holiday Park across front office, housekeeping, grounds and maintenance.
• Inspire, coach and develop a high-performing team and positive culture.
• Drive commercial performance through budgeting, forecasting and cost control.
• Oversee park presentation, assets and preventative maintenance programs.
• Manage capital projects and initiatives to improve guest experience and business outcomes.
• Monitor key metrics and identify opportunities for efficiency and growth.
• Ensure health, safety and compliance across the park.
• Oversee workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding and training.
• Provide hands-on support during peak periods while maintaining standards.
• Represent NRMA Parks & Resorts to guests, staff and local community.
