Job summary

• Extensive experience managing civil infrastructure and/or open space services.
• Strong people leadership across multi-disciplinary teams.
• Sound financial and budget management experience.
• High-level stakeholder and negotiation skills with external partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead civil infrastructure and open space services across the Shire.
• Manage outsourced contracts and in-house teams delivering maintenance and projects.
• Collaborate with DoT, contractors, committees of management, developers and the local community.
• Identify and deliver process and service improvements across the portfolio.
