Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in general maintenance, gardening, painting or similar hands-on roles.
• Physically fit and comfortable with outdoor work in varying conditions.
• Willingness to obtain National Police Check.

Responsibilities

• General gardening, lawn mowing and outdoor maintenance.
• Basic repairs and general property upkeep.
• External cleaning and presentation of village grounds.
• Supporting a safe and well-maintained environment for residents.
• Liaising with contractors as directed by the Maintenance Supervisor.
• Following WHS policies, procedures and safe work practices.
• Respectful and professional interaction with residents and visitors.
• Attending required training and team meetings.
