Honorbread, a small bakery in Merimbula, NSW, is seeking a Front of House Team Member | Barista to join our warm, coastal café. You’ll deliver friendly service, craft great coffee, and help with daily front-of-house operations in a fast-paced setting.

We value a positive attitude, team spirit and reliability. Weekend and holiday availability helps us cover busy periods; training on our specialty coffee and menu is provided. This is a permanent role with flexible full-time or part-time options.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or hospitality.
• Barista experience with an understanding of specialty coffee (training can be provided).
• A friendly, positive attitude and strong communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a team and independently.
• Availability to work weekends and during school & public holidays.
• Permanent position Full time/ Part time

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and efficient customer service.
• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages.
• Assist with front-of-house operations, including sales and cash handling.
• Keep the café area clean, organised, and well-stocked.
