Job summary

Glencore is seeking an experienced Process Manager to oversee coal processing and water management at Ulan, reporting to Operations Manager. You will manage ROM through to train loading, including reverse osmosis plants and pumping systems, while driving safety and performance across the site.

The role requires leadership of engineers, supervisors and operators, with a focus on teamwork and accountability. Ulan operations offer relocation support and a package aligned with regional allowances.
