Glencore’s Ulan Underground is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead the site engineering team and drive asset management and compliance across a high-production underground coal operation in NSW.

You will report to the Operations Manager, manage budgets, develop maintenance strategies, and push continuous improvement while ensuring a safe work environment and strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Underground coal mining experience is required.
• Tertiary qualification in Electrical or Mechanical engineering.
• Practising certificate to exercise Engineering Manager function in NSW underground coal mines.

Responsabilités

• Lead the site engineering team and direct asset management.
• Ensure statutory engineering compliance for the operation.
• Deliver engineering and maintenance strategy to meet budgets and improve equipment performance.
• Foster continuous improvement and safe working practices across the site.
