Repeat Builders in Sydney is seeking a commercial co-founder to lead a consumer subscription venture from prototype to paying customers. You’ll inherit a validated idea, demand data and a committed runway, plus a matching co-founder and a technical partner if needed.

You’ll own growth levers, set pricing, build partnerships, and hire the first commercial team as the venture scales. Work from Tech Central in Sydney with unrestricted rights in Australia.

Qualifications

• Owned a consumer subscription number with before/after figures.
• Built demand where none existed via a new channel or market.
• Owned activation or retention with measurable results.

Responsibilities

• Win paying customers and keep them across acquisition and retention.
• Maintain active users including non-paying users.
• Open distribution partnerships and evaluate channels.
• Extend the growth engine to improve paid conversion and retention.
• Set pricing and packaging based on customer behavior data.
• Interact with customers to ground product decisions in evidence.
• Hire the first commercial staff as the company grows.
