We’re looking for a commercially savvy, hands-on leader to join us in a newly created role. You’ll work directly with our founders, owning the financial heartbeat of the business while helping shape smarter, more efficient operations. About You

You’re not just a numbers person—you’re a strategic thinker who knows how to turn data into decisions. You’ve got:

• A professional finance qualification and 10+ years’ experience
• Strong skills in Xero, Shopify, and Cin7 (ERP)
• Confidence with BI tools and advanced Excel wizardry
• A knack for financial modelling, costing, and FX management
• A sharp commercial eye and a clear sense of what “great” looks like

What You’ll Be Doing

• Partnering with founders to monitor and improve business performance
• Leading monthly management reporting and cash flow oversight
• Driving forecasting, budgeting, and financial modelling
• Owning tax and regulatory compliance
• Spotting opportunities for growth and efficiency
