Job summary

• Strong CNC lathe programming and machine setup experience.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Program, set, and operate CNC lathes.
• Interpret drawings, specifications and 3D models.
• Select tooling, workholding, and machining parameters.
• Perform first-off inspections and verify conformance.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Collaborate with production and quality teams to maintain standards.
