Job summary

Benga Designs, an Australian signage business based in Stafford, Queensland, is seeking a CNC Operator to transform materials into finished signs. You will cut letters, shapes and components for LED signs and handle acrylic, aluminium, ACM and MDF. Our small team values quality and on-time delivery.

You will join a hands-on workshop where the CNC runs most of the day. We provide training on ProfileLab and opportunities to grow your skills while taking on varied projects.

Do you enjoy seeing a job go from a sheet of material to a finished sign on a shopfront? At Benga Designs, that is what we do every day, and we want a CNC Operator to be part of it.

Who we are

Benga Designs is an Australian owned signage business in Stafford. We design, make and install signage for retail, hospitality, fitness, construction and corporate clients across Queensland and Australia. Everything is made in our own workshop by a small team that cares about the finish.

The role

Our CNC machine is the heart of the workshop and runs most of the day. In this role you will:

• 1. Cut precision letters, custom shapes and parts for LED illuminated signs.
• 2. Work with acrylic, aluminium, ACM and MDF.
• 3. Set up, run and maintain the CNC so jobs leave on time and to standard.
• 4. Work closely with design, production and installation to get every job right.

We use ProfileLab. If you have used another CNC program and understand how the machines work, we will teach you ProfileLab. It is easy to pick up.
