Job summary

Benga Designs, an Australian signage business based in Stafford, Queensland, is seeking a CNC Operator to transform materials into finished signs. You will cut letters, shapes and components for LED signs and handle acrylic, aluminium, ACM and MDF. Our small team values quality and on-time delivery.

You will join a hands-on workshop where the CNC runs most of the day. We provide training on ProfileLab and opportunities to grow your skills while taking on varied projects.

Qualifications

• CNC operating experience of 1–2 years is ideal.
• Detail-focused with a commitment to quality work.
• Reliable, motivated and proactive.
• Practical problem-solving approach and eagerness to learn.
• Works well in a small team.
• Eligible to work in Australia.

Responsibilities

• Cut precision letters, custom shapes and parts for LED illuminated signs.
• Work with acrylic, aluminium, ACM and MDF.
• Set up, run and maintain the CNC to meet deadlines and standards.
• Collaborate with design, production and installation to ensure accuracy.
