Job summary

Sam Technology Engineers Pty Ltd in Smithfield NSW is seeking a Trade Qualified CNC Milling or Lathe Machinist for our engineering jobbing workshop. You will demonstrate proven CNC Machining experience, work with Heidenhain Mill or Fanuc Lathe controls, and read drawings to set up and program on the machines.

This is a day shift role with regular overtime, offering hands-on work across mining, materials handling and general engineering projects in a busy workshop environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a CNC Machinist.
• Ability to read drawings and interpret engineering details.
• Must set up and program on the machine.

We are seeking a Trade Qualified CNC Milling or Lathe Machinist at our engineering jobbing workshop located in the Smithfield NSW area.

We are looking for someone with:

• Proven experience as a CNC Machinist
• Heidenhain control (Mill) or Fanuc (Lathe)
• Strong understanding of materials - Mining, Materials handling and general engineeringproducts machined
• Must be able to read drawings, set up job and program on machine
• Day shift only
