• Drive revenue growth across conference, event, group accommodation, and ancillary sales.
• Oversee enquiries, proposals, contracts, room blocks, and event planning.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, organisers and stakeholders.
• Monitor business performance, market trends and competitor activity.
• Align departmental objectives with Hilton's commercial strategy.
• Maintain accurate booking, account and customer records across systems.
