Job summary

DOOLEYS Lidcombe Catholic Club is seeking an experienced supervisor to manage club operations, oversee security and compliance, and plan major events across DOOLEYS venues.

You will lead and coach teams, drive exceptional customer service, and collaborate with all departments to achieve the club’s goals, with a 7-day rotating roster and opportunities for formal certification in hospitality.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years demonstrated experience in a supervisor or leadership position.
• Previous experience working in hospitality and gaming is desirable.
• Ability to lead and manage dynamic teams within the operation.
• Ability to work a 7-day rotating roster, including late nights, overnights and weekends.
• Complying with all relevant legislation to Clubs including RSA, RCG, ARCG and organisational procedures.
• Proven problem-solving capabilities and ability to write professional reports.
• Staff and performance management experience.
