Job summary

The Australian Turf Club is seeking an experienced and customer-focused Club Supervisor to join our Rosehill Bowling Club venue. Reporting to the Club Manager, you will lead the day-to-day operations and deliver outstanding member and guest experiences.

This hands-on leadership role requires RSA and Advanced RCG, strong compliance knowledge, excellent communication, and the ability to roster across a 7‑day rotating schedule including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisor or team leader experience within a club, hospitality or gaming environment.
• Current RSA and Advanced RCG qualifications.
• Strong understanding of gaming, liquor and club industry compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily club operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash reconciliation and reporting.
• Supervise, coach and support team members to deliver exceptional customer service standards.
• Ensure compliance with RSA, RCG, gaming, club and legislative requirements.
• Monitor venue presentation, stock levels, safety and security standards across all areas of the club.
• Respond to operational demands and trade levels by effectively managing staffing resources.

LIFE IN THE ROLE

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Club Supervisor to join our team at Rosehill Bowling Club. Reporting to the Club Manager, you will play a key leadership role in the day-to-day operation of the venue, ensuring outstanding member and guest experiences while maintaining compliance, safety and operational excellence. ABOUT YOU

To be successful in the role, the right fit will possess:

• Previous supervisor or team leader experience within a club, hospitality or gaming environment
• Current RSA and Advanced RCG qualifications
• Strong understanding of gaming, liquor and club industry compliance requirements
• A supportive and motivating leadership style with the ability to develop and inspire teams
• Excellent communication, problem-solving and customer service skills
• Ability to work a rotating 7-day roster including evenings, weekends and public holidays
