Job summary

Shoalhaven Ex-Services Group is seeking three friendly Club Receptionists to join our front-of-house team. These part-time roles are ideal for people who enjoy welcoming members and guests, answering inquiries, processing memberships and providing a warm first impression across our venues in Nowra and Worrigee.

You’ll need a valid RSA and ARCG, excellent communication, and the flexibility to work a rotating roster including evenings, weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• RSA and ARCG certifications required.
• Friendly, confident and professional manner.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work a rotating roster including evenings, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome members and guests with warmth and professionalism.
• Provide a positive first and last impression for visitors.
• Process new memberships, renewals and updates accurately.
• Check membership cards and sign-in requirements per club policies.
• Answer telephone, email and in-person enquiries with accurate information.
• Promote membership benefits, venue activities and events.
• Complete reception administration and cash handling accurately.
• Maintain the presentation of the reception area.
• Collaborate with Duty Managers, Security and other departments.
