Job summary

The Anytime Fitness Chermside franchise is seeking a proven Club Manager to drive growth, lead a high-performing team and own club performance. You’ll be hands-on with sales, marketing and member experience, while building a culture of accountability and results.

You’ll manage day-to-day operations, coach staff, develop local sales initiatives and partner with the community to grow memberships in a renovated, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Proven sales ability and history of hitting targets.
• Leadership experience coaching or supervising a team.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to interpret numbers.
• Ownership mentality with proactive problem solving.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• High energy and ability to drive a positive team culture.

Responsibilities

• Drive new memberships and achieve club sales targets.
• Improve member retention and reduce cancellations.
• Lead, coach and develop the club team.
• Set clear expectations and accountability for results.
• Manage day-to-day operations to high standards.
• Develop and implement local sales and marketing initiatives.
• Build relationships with members, local businesses and community.
• Monitor key performance indicators to identify improvements.
• Deliver exceptional member experiences and resolve issues professionally.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the club.
• Recruit and train team members as needed.
