Your resume and cover letter, tailored to exactly what they’re hiring for.
The Anytime Fitness Chermside franchise is seeking a proven Club Manager to drive growth, lead a high-performing team and own club performance. You’ll be hands-on with sales, marketing and member experience, while building a culture of accountability and results.
You’ll manage day-to-day operations, coach staff, develop local sales initiatives and partner with the community to grow memberships in a renovated, supportive environment.
Anytime Fitness Chermside is looking for an ambitious, energetic and commercially minded Club Manager to lead the team, drive membership growth and take the club to its next level.
This is not a role for someone simply looking for a job in a gym. We are looking for someone who is results-driven, confident in sales, capable of leading a team and motivated by achieving measurable outcomes. You will have genuine ownership of the club’s performance and the opportunity to make a significant impact.
You’ll be joining an established multi-club Anytime Fitness network with experienced leadership, strong systems and genuine opportunities for career progression. For the right person, this role can be the next step toward Cluster Manager, Regional Manager and broader senior leadership opportunities.
This is your opportunity to take ownership of a recently renovated club within a growing, established fitness business where ambition, initiative and strong performance are recognised and rewarded.
An attractive remuneration package reflective of your experience, capabilities and proven track record.
Enjoy the benefits of training at Anytime Fitness and being part of the community you represent.
We're a growing multi-club business with exciting opportunities for high performers to progress into senior leadership positions, including Cluster and Regional Management roles.
Make your mark by driving club performance, building and developing a high-performing team, and creating an exceptional experience for members.
Enjoy the autonomy of managing your own club, backed by the resources, proven systems and ongoing support of an experienced multi-club business.
Further develop your sales, management and leadership skills through ongoing mentoring, coaching and professional development with experienced fitness industry leaders.
Take the lead at a modern, refreshed facility that provides an excellent environment for both members and staff.
Join a business that values initiative, accountability and results, where your contributions are recognised and your success creates opportunities for further growth.
As Club Manager, you will be responsible for the performance of the club. Your role will combine sales, leadership, member experience, marketing and day-to-day business management. You’ll be expected to be hands‑on, visible and proactive, leading from the front rather than managing from behind a desk.
We’re looking for someone who wants to build a career, not simply fill a position. You’ll ideally be someone who is commercially minded, competitive and enjoys setting targets and achieving them. Most importantly, you need to be comfortable with sales and accountability.
You can demonstrate a history of hitting or exceeding sales targets and are comfortable asking for the sale.
You have previously led, coached or supervised a team and understand how to get the best out of people.
You understand that a successful gym is a business. You are comfortable looking at numbers, identifying problems and taking action.
You don’t wait to be told what needs to be done. You identify opportunities, solve problems and take responsibility for outcomes.
You can build genuine relationships with members and confidently communicate with staff, management and business partners.
You enjoy being around people, creating an energetic environment and bringing others along with you.
You can manage competing priorities without losing sight of the things that drive club performance.
You don’t necessarily need to be a lifelong fitness professional, but you should genuinely believe in the value of health, exercise and helping people achieve their goals.
Experience with Microsoft Office, social media, CRM/member management systems and reporting tools is highly regarded.
The role requires availability for some evenings and Saturdays.
If you thrive on targets, enjoy leading people and want to build something, we’d like to hear from you.
Previous fitness industry management experience is highly regarded, but we are also open to exceptional candidates from sales, retail, hospitality or other customer-focused industries who can demonstrate strong leadership and sales performance.
