THE OPPORTUNITY

As Club Manager, you’ll lead the day-to-day operations of the club while driving team performance, membership growth and an outstanding member experience. Your key responsibilities include:

• Lead, coach and motivate your team to achieve individual and club goals
• Drive membership growth, sales performance and key club KPIs
• Deliver an exceptional member experience and build a strong club community
• Lead local marketing, social media and community engagement initiatives
• Oversee club operations, presentation, safety and compliance with franchise and WHS standards

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

You’re a confident, results-driven leader with the skills and experience to lead a successful club. You’ll ideally bring:

• Experience in the fitness industry, preferably within Anytime Fitness, with strong knowledge of sales, customer service, club operations and member engagement
• Proven leadership or management experience with the ability to coach, motivate and develop a high-performing team
• Strong sales experience with a track record of achieving targets, driving membership growth and delivering business KPIs
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with a genuine passion for creating exceptional member experiences
• A proactive, organised and adaptable approach with the confidence to take ownership, solve problems and drive club performance
