The Role

As a Club Manager, you'll be the heart of our club's success. You will oversee daily operations while fostering a culture of belonging and excellence. You will be accountable for the overall management of the club, achieving all KPIs and effectively leading the team by embracing a balanced approach to managing the business and cultivating an environment in which our BELONG values can thrive.

Your key responsibilities include:

• Driving sales and member growth through high-impact leadership, innovative strategies, and a strong focus on exceeding sales targets
• Ensuring all agreed targets are met while cultivating an inclusive, welcoming and positive environment
• Leading, coaching, and motivating your team to achieve high performance
• Delivering top-tier customer service that sets us apart
• Managing marketing efforts to attract and retain members
• Upholding all safety and security standards
• Be available to work on Saturdays and maintain our welcoming, clean and vibrant club standards
