Job summary

Goodlife Health Clubs in Australia is seeking a Club Manager to lead a high-energy team, set the vision, and drive club performance with a focus on member experiences and sales growth.

You will recruit, train and retain staff, manage budgets and P&L, and foster a community-focused club culture that delivers outstanding results for members and the business.

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Management of sales budgets and analysis to determine proactive strategies for improvement
• Proactive contribution to your club's sales targets
• Management of your club's projected and actual Profit and Loss levels
• Leading in the delivery of exceptional member experiences and the successful resolution of member concerns
• Recruitment, training and retention of staff members
• Conduct weekly 1:1 and team meetings with departmental leaders

To be successful in this role you will need

• Leadership experience managing a sales team with 5+ direct/indirect reports in a high volume and fast paced environment. Ideally within the fitness industry
• Strong stakeholder management with exceptional verbal, written and time management skills
• Experience in managing budgets and monitoring & reporting on P&L
• Ability to engage and inspire a diverse team across club operations
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
