Qualifications

• Leadership experience managing a sales team with 5+ direct/indirect reports in a high volume, fast-paced environment.
• Strong stakeholder management with verbal, written and time management skills.
• Experience in managing budgets and monitoring & reporting on P&L.
• Ability to engage and inspire a diverse team across club operations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage sales budgets and analyze data to drive proactive improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Management of sales budgets and analysis to determine proactive strategies for improvement
• Proactive contribution to your club's sales targets
• Management of your club's projected and actual Profit and Loss levels
• Leading in the delivery of exceptional member experiences and the successful resolution of member concerns
• Recruitment, training and retention of staff members
• Conduct weekly 1:1 and team meetings with departmental leaders
• Annual performance appraisals

To be successful in this role you will need
