Job summary

Goodlife Health Clubs is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead a high‑volume club team across South Australia. You will manage sales budgets, analyse performance, drive proactive improvements and contribute to achieving strong member experience and retention.

You will recruit, train and retain staff, run weekly 1:1s and team meetings, and conduct annual performance appraisals. The role offers a base salary plus uncapped commissions with realistic earnings, plus club access and family

Qualifications

• Leadership experience managing a sales team with 5+ direct/indirect reports in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong stakeholder management with exceptional verbal, written and time management skills.
• Experience in managing budgets and monitoring & reporting on P&L.
• Ability to engage and inspire a diverse team across club operations.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
