Job summary

Fitness Cartel Health Clubs is seeking a Club General Manager for the Sippy Downs location on the Sunshine Coast. You will lead the club’s performance, culture and member experience, working with our executive team to drive growth and community engagement.

You'll manage budgets, operations across Crèche, Retail & Apparel and Café, recruit and develop a high-performing team, and lead events such as Open Days and 8-Week Challenges to energise members. Australian working rights are required.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a large gym or health club (20+ staff, 2000+ members)
• KPI-driven environment with a track record of meeting/exceeding targets
• People-first approach, able to connect with members and staff
• Growth mindset with strong sales drive
• Solution-focused, resilient and adaptable
• Excellent communication and lead-by-example
• Strong computer literacy, able to learn new systems quickly
• Current First Aid and CPR certificates, or willingness to obtain them
• Full Australian working rights

The Role

As Club General Manager, you’ll be responsible for the club’s performance, operations and member experience. Working closely with our Executive Team, Regional Performance Managers and Directors, you’ll lead the team, strengthen club culture and identify opportunities for continued growth.
