Job summary

Waverley Greens is seeking a driven Full-Time Club Attendant to support across beverage, reception, member services, gaming, KENO and TAB. You will deliver excellent service, manage memberships and assist in various Club operations.

The successful candidate will have RSA/RCG, strong customer service and the ability to work rotating rosters, including evenings and weekends, with opportunities to step into higher duties and supervision.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Club, hospitality or similar customer-service environment.
• RSA and RCG competency card (NSW) required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome members and guests with friendly, professional service.
• Check membership/visitor requirements and Club entry rules.
• Process membership applications and renewals.
• Answer enquiries and provide information about facilities and promotions.
• Provide bar service and prepare beverages.
• Prepare coffee and other hot beverages.
• Operate POS systems and handle cash.
• Assist with gaming, TAB operations.
• Promote Club activities and memberships.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and food safety.
• Follow RSA, RCG and Club policies.
• Work across other Club areas as required.
