Job summary

Wenty Leagues in Sydney is seeking a Club Supervisor to lead Gaming and Food & Beverage operations. You’ll oversee a 500+ machine Gaming floor and multiple bars/dining outlets, coordinating teams and ensuring outstanding guest experiences.

This cross-functional role provides variety, responsibility and a path to future roles such as Duty Manager. You’ll drive service standards, manage rosters and ensure RSA, RCG/ARCG compliance while promoting the Wenty benefits.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or leadership experience within hospitality.
• RSA and RCG/ARCG qualifications.
• Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible to work across a 24/7 operation.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the front, setting the standard for hospitality and customer service.
• Oversee day-to-day operations across Gaming and Food & Beverage.
• Lead, motivate, coach and support team members to achieve service expectations.
• Ensure compliance with RSA, RCG/ARCG, Responsible Gambling and Club requirements.
• Conduct team briefings, allocate duties and ensure effective shift coverage.
• Monitor staff performance, behaviours and presentation standards.
• Manage customer feedback, complaints and service recovery with professionalism.
• Complete incident reports and end-of-shift reporting.
• Support the ongoing training and development of team members.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation and operational compliance.
• Promote Club products, services and membership offerings.
• Identify opportunities to improve the member and guest experience.
