Everglades Country Club Ltd in Woy Woy, NSW, is seeking enthusiastic and flexible Club Allrounders to join our casual team across gaming attendants, bar, waitstaff and barista roles.

You will deliver outstanding service in dining, events and club facilities, work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends, and have opportunities to develop hospitality skills while enjoying a welcoming community atmosphere.

Everglades Country Club Ltd is seeking enthusiastic and flexible Club Allrounders to join our team on a casual basis. We are looking for gaming attendants bar, waitstaff and baristas. Based at our venue in Woy Woy NSW, this role offers an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic hospitality environment where you'll provide exceptional service across multiple areas of our club operations. As a Club Allrounder, you'll be the backbone of our service delivery, ensuring our members and guests enjoy memorable experiences every time they visit us.

Key responsibilities

• Delivering outstanding table service to members and guests in our dining and event spaces
• Taking orders accurately and providing knowledgeable recommendations on menu items and beverages
• Maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness throughout service areas
• Supporting bar operations, including preparing drinks and maintaining stock levels
• Assisting with event setup and breakdown for private functions and club gatherings
• Welcoming guests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere
• Processing payments and managing point-of-sale systems accurately
• Responding promptly to guest requests and resolving any concerns with discretion and tact
• Collaborating with kitchen and management teams to ensure smooth service delivery
• Maintaining knowledge of club facilities, services and member privileges

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in hospitality, waiting or customer service roles is highly desirable
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse clientele
• Excellent communication abilities and a genuine enthusiasm for delivering great service
• Reliability and flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends and special events
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Physical capability to stand for extended periods and carry trays safely
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of hygiene and presentation
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills and take on varied responsibilities
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service is advantageous
