Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT experience, including architecting Microsoft 365 and Azure solutions and leading cloud/AI transformations.
• Proven experience guiding Copilot readiness, pilots, deployments and value realisation initiatives.
• Strong consulting capability in AI strategy, maturity assessment, and operating-model design.
• Demonstrated success planning client workshops with executives and security teams.
• Deep knowledge of Microsoft 365 architecture (Teams, SharePoint, Entra ID, Intune, Defender, Purview, Power Platform).
• Hands-on architecture with Copilot Studio, connectors, plugins, and enterprise integration patterns.

Responsibilities

• Lead Microsoft 365 and Azure transformation programs for enterprise clients.
• Guide Copilot readiness and AI adoption initiatives across engagements.
• Shape AI strategy, maturity assessments, and roadmap definitions.
• Facilitate workshops with executives, business leaders, and IT teams.
• Demonstrate strong presales capabilities including discovery, estimation, and proposals.
