Job summary

Atarix is seeking a motivated Cloud Systems Support Officer to join our Sydney CBD team. This permanent, full-time role focuses on supporting Microsoft 365 and Azure environments for business customers, with emphasis on troubleshooting, automation, and delivering exceptional customer service.

You will work with senior engineers, project teams, and clients to resolve issues, implement improvements, and contribute to automation initiatives using Rewst.

Qualifications

• Rewst 200 certification is mandatory.
• At least 2 years of experience supporting Microsoft 365 and Azure in MSP/IT support.
• Experience in Level 2 Service Desk, Cloud Support, or Systems Administrator roles.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 support for Microsoft 365 and Azure across multiple customers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents relating to Microsoft 365 and Azure services.
• Create, maintain, and improve automation workflows using Rewst and PowerShell.
• Assist with onboarding, offboarding, and lifecycle management via automation.
• Document procedures and knowledge base articles; escalate complex issues as needed.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of service delivery and automation initiatives.
