Qualifications

• 2+ years of technical experience in enterprise software administration, platform operations, or technical support.
• Experience in at least two of the following areas: enterprise platform administration, Linux/UNIX administration, customer-facing support, software deployments.
• Experience troubleshooting application, platform, or infrastructure issues.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer engagement skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across technical teams and customer environments.

Responsibilities

• Administer, maintain and support SAS software and customer environments.
• Deploy, configure and operate SAS platforms and supporting technologies.
• Execute upgrades, migrations, platform lifecycle activities, changes, service requests and operational activities.
• Monitor platform health, performance and availability to ensure reliable service delivery.
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, application issues and platform-related problems.
• Develop automation, operational tooling and reusable processes to improve efficiency and consistency.
• Create and maintain operational documentation, runbooks and knowledge articles.
• Work directly with customers and collaborate with engineering, support and infrastructure teams to deliver successful outcomes.
