Job summary

CyberCX, part of Accenture, is seeking an Engagement Lead in Cloud Security & Solutions in Sydney. You will steer governance and reporting to track strategy execution and lead capability building across the cloud security practice.

You will collaborate with customers on delivering security services, manage large-scale projects, and shape strategic initiatives with leadership. Applicants must have 7+ years of experience and permanent Australian working rights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor level tertiary qualification.
• Ideally hold one major security certification (CISM, CISA, CISSP, ISO LA/LI).
• Project management qualifications preferred (Prince2, CAPM/PMP, PMI).
• 7+ years of experience in developing/implementing security strategies, policies or frameworks.
• Direct experience with cloud technologies and cloud security principles.
• Experience leading, managing, coaching and mentoring teams.
• Permanent working rights in Australia are mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers to deliver cloud security services aligned with industry standards.
• Lead large-scale, complex cyber security projects with governance, risk mitigation, and QA.
• Prepare and present high-quality deliverables tailored to customer needs.
• Shape strategic initiatives with leadership and contribute to organizational success.
• Establish governance structures and reporting processes to monitor strategy execution.
• Identify and lead process improvements within the practice.
• Contribute to ad hoc projects driving efficiency and innovation.
