Job summary

CyberCX, a leading cyber security provider, seeks an Engagement Lead in Cloud Security & Solutions to steer governance, reporting, and capability building. You’ll drive strategy execution, lead complex cloud security projects, and shape initiatives in collaboration with senior leadership.

You will mentor teams, collaborate with customers to deliver security services aligned with industry standards, and identify process improvements to improve operational efficiency and client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor level tertiary qualification.
• Ideally hold one major security certification (CISM, CISA, CISSP, ISO LA/LI)
• Project management qualifications are preferred (Prince2, CAPM/PMP, PMI)
• 7+ years of experience developing and/or implementing security strategies across organisations of varying complexity
• Direct experience with cloud technologies and cloud security principles
• Experience in leading, managing, coaching and mentoring teams
• Permanent working rights in Australia is mandatory

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers to deliver cloud security services.
• Lead large-scale, complex cyber security projects with governance and risk management.
• Prepare and present high-quality deliverables tailored to customer needs.
• Shape strategic initiatives with leadership to drive organisational success.
• Establish governance structures and reporting to monitor strategy execution.
• Identify, recommend, and lead process improvements within the practice.
• Contribute to ad hoc projects driving operational efficiency and innovation.
